Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure:Your request falls within 30 days of delivery (verified by tracking details).
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
You have your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email Us: Reach out to service@naweitech.com with your order number and reason for return.
Get Instructions: We’ll reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and the correct shipping address.
Send It Back: Please do not ship returns without authorization—unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Options
We believe in fair and clear return shipping terms:
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, we’ll cover all return shipping costs. Contact us as soon as possible.
Other Returns (Change of Mind, etc.):
Prepaid Label: Use our prepaid return label. A flat fee of [$X.XX] will be deducted from your refund.
Self-Ship: Arrange return shipping yourself. We recommend using a tracked service for safety.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Perishables (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Intimate apparel, swimwear, and jewelry
Opened beauty, cosmetic, or personal care products
Hazardous materials, flammables, or gases
Software, digital products, or activated license keys
Items marked “Final Sale”
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a new item is to:
Return the original item.
Once the return is approved, place a new order.
This helps you receive the correct product faster.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
We’ll inspect the item and notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please allow 3–10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery. All standard return conditions (item state, proof of purchase, etc.) still apply.
